What can be placed inside the UV Steriliser? 

Glass & Plastic Milk Bottle, Breast pump parts, Silicone bottles/teats, Soft Toys, Mobile Phone, Remote Controls are recommended to place inside the UV Steriliser. Strictly no latex and no natural rubber. 

How frequently does the UV lamp need to be changed? 

It is recommended for both of the lamps to be changed once a year for maximum sterilising power.

How to wash the filter of Haenim UV Sterilizer? 
Remove the filter from the machine, gently rinse with water (do not use scrub), fling off the excess water and use a clean, dry cloth to gently dab dry.

How long is the product warranty? 

For the 3G Haenim UV Steriliser, the warranty is valid for 2 years.

Warranty Start Date is based on whichever is later: 

+ Date of purchase (follow receipt date)

+ Baby’s DOB (Submit after baby is born; You will need to present baby’s birth certificate for verification when you require technical assistance; Baby’s DOB should not be more than 8 months after the purchase date). 

How do I calculate the Warranty Start Date?

Shipping and Delivery 

Where do we deliver to? 

We only deliver to Singapore domestic areas, excluding Tuas and Sentosa.

Do we support international shipping? 

We do not support international shipping. Our delivery and shipping services only cover Singapore addresses (excluding Tuas and Sentosa Area). If you have purchased from overseas and required for your item to be delivered to an overseas address, kindly contact [email protected] for the refund process.

How long is the delivery lead time? 

We will deliver the item around 2-3 working days after you place the order. Kindly note that we do provide delivery service on public holidays (except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day (1st January), Eve of Chinese New Year and First two days of Chinese New Year) and weekends. 

Do you provide delivery service on public holidays and weekends? 

Yes, we do provide delivery service on public holidays (except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day (1st January), Eve of Chinese New Year and First two days of Chinese New Year) and weekends. 

Do you support self-collection and express delivery? 

Self-collection 

No, we do not provide self-collection service. 

Express Delivery 

We only support normal logistic delivery, which requires approximately 2-3 working days.

Can I know the exact date and time of the delivery? 

You will select your delivery time range while you placed the order, our customer service will later contact you via email to arrange for the delivery date. 

Will I be able to track the order? 

No. You will be choosing your delivery time range while you placed your order. After you have placed an order, our customer service officer will contact you regarding the delivery date.

Is it possible to edit the recipient’s information and address? 

Yes. Kindly contact us at [email protected] before the arranged delivery date. Once the delivery schedule has been set, the recipient’s information and address will not be changeable.

Are there any charges for the delivery? 

We do not impose (any) charges for the product delivery service.

Do you provide free delivery service? 

Yes, all of our delivery services are free of charge.

What if I am not at home when you deliver the item? 

We will schedule the delivery time range and date before we deliver the item. If there’s no one to receive the item within the agreed time range, kindly let us know for rescheduling. We will contact you again for the second delivery. 

 

Refunds & Exchange

Due to the nature of the product, we have a strict no-refund, no-return policy as we do not sell returned products.

Should there be a mistake in the order, we will absorb the shipping cost & ensure an exchange is done for you. Please take clear photos of what you have received and a screenshot of your order confirmation email and email them to [email protected].
